Where does the hemp you use come from?

The ethically and legally-grown hemp that we use comes from local farms licensed by the North Carolina Industrial Hemp Commission.

What is your tincture made with?

Our tincture has two main ingredients:

  1. Finely-tuned, Full Spectrum Hemp extract – this yellow, honey like substance is the product of our proprietary extraction method. Aside from CBD, it contains multiple compounds, terpenes and flavonoids that produce the “entourage effect” many look for in “whole-plant” hemp products.
  2. Non-GMO, Naturally-refined Avocado Oil – with its characteristically mild, smooth flavor, avocado oil complements the hemp concentrate perfectly. Rich in oleic acid, avocado oil has been linked to studies showing it may potentially reduce cholesterol, enhance nutrient absorption, reduce symptoms of arthritis, neutralize free radicals, and improve skin conditions.
How do you process your hemp? Is your product certified by an accredited 3rd party laboratory?

Although when we started this venture we were using a 200% food grade ethanol extraction, we have recently switched over to supercritical co2. One of the main advantages of using this method is Terpene preservation. The process can be fine-tuned to extract specific compounds by adjusting the heat and pressure. This allows for more control over the purity of cannabinoids and flavor compounds present in the full spectrum extract.

To refine our product further and remove unwanted compounds in the crude oil, we use a common technique called “winterization”. During this process, the raw hemp extract is immersed in alcohol and then frozen, hence its name. This method separates the cannabinoids from other wastes such as waxes, lipids, and plant chlorophyll.

The end result is a CBD oil of superior quality that exceeds the standards of the most discerning customer. Our CBD oil has been tested and certified by several accredited 3rd party laboratories. You can check the results of those tests here.

Do you offer expedited or free shipping?

Yes. During checkout, you have the option of selecting either 2-day or 1-day shipping (with a minimal additional charge).

For product orders over $100, we offer free shipping.

What if my package doesn't arrive at the specified time?

On very rare instances, UPS or USPS will experience shipping issues that will cause a slight delay on the delivery of your order. If you are experiencing any delay, you can get in touch with us via email. We answer all email inquiries within 24 hours, and we will provide you with an update.

Can I modify an existing order?

You can still modify an existing order if it has not yet been processed and forwarded to our shipping team. However, we try to our best to accommodate our customers’ requests, so you can contact us via email with your request and we will do our best to get it done. We answer all emails in 24 hours so we can provide you with an immediate update.

Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale orders?

Yes, and one of our organizational goals is to create very strong business relationships with our wholesalers.
