Returns

If you are unsatisfied by your purchase, you may return new, unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

(Note: Only regularly-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items on sale are non-returnable.)

Shipping fees are to be covered by the customer, and are non-refundable.  The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we can provide you with a full refund or send you a replacement item with no additional costs to you. If this happens, please notify us by sending us an email at hello.upstreamhemp@gmail.com .  Attach images of the incorrect/damaged/defective item, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or a replacement item. You can ship the incorrect/damaged/defective item you received at our expense, and we will begin processing your replacement/refund as soon as we receive your package. You will be notified via email when your return has been received, and again when your refund or replacement has been processed.

Damaged/Defective Items

Once your package is received, we will notify you via email.

Note: If you are shipping an item/s over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that you will be covered in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit.

 

Refunds

All returns are processed within 3-5 days, and we will again notify you via email if your refund has been approved or not.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original mode of payment.

You can expect your refund to be credited back to your account within 4 weeks of shipping your item back to us. This time frame includes the transit time of your package (5-10 working days), return processing from our end (3-5 working days) and bank processing of our refund request (5-10 working days).
